CREATIVE REVIEW ILLUSTRATION ANNUAL 2011 + COMPETITION

It’s been a fantabulous past few months with the most fantastic piece of news (well apart from winning the Grand Prix at the Roses this year) coming from Creative Review telling me a piece of my work was selected to be included in this years Creative Review Illustration Annual.

The piece ‘Time For a Fresh Start’ which was also entered for the OFFF Festival Book came up trumps and is hanging in my clients office in all it’s pride – doing the role it was intended to do – reveal a fresh start, a creative start for a new agency with new clients.

Here’s a few images of the book just in case you haven’t come across it yet.

Can’t describe how insanely happy I am with it and it was totally unexpected! Being a creative we all know how much we yearn for our work to be given the due attention it deserves, not to simply win awards – but to relish in the knowledge that your heading in the right direction with your skills and mindset. It’s an honour to be in the same book as some of the inspirational agencies and illustrators I look up to including I Love Dust, Vic Lee, Russell Cobb and Si Scott (Best in Book) to name a few.
